Aapka Apna Ghar lists rental properties and connects prospective tenants with property owners. Listing a property through us is free for owners — no brokerage is charged to property owners at any stage.
A ₹500 visiting charge applies when our team arranges a property visit, payable in advance. This amount is non-refundable but is adjusted against the final brokerage fee if a booking is completed. If a tenant confirms a booking within 2 days of the visit, brokerage is 30% of one month's rent; if the booking happens after 2 days, brokerage is 50% of one month's rent.
We make reasonable efforts to verify every listing in person before publishing, but property availability, pricing, and details can change. Always confirm current details with our team before making a decision.
